ABS Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a work-based program that an agency, corporation, or organization can subscribe to, then appoint a concierge clinician or multidisciplinary treatment team that will offer free and confidential assessments, short-term counseling, referrals, and follow-up services to employees who have personal and/or work-related problems.
Your organization can be assigned a concierge clinician for onsite or offsite EAP services that can be used to address a broad and complex body of issues affecting mental and emotional well-being. The assigned licensed therapist will have expertise in the assessment and treatment of issues including alcohol and other substance abuse, stress, grief, family problems, impulsivity issues like anger, gambling, overeating, and psychological disorders. ABS’ EAP clinicians also work in a consultative role with managers and supervisors to address employee and organizational challenges and needs.
