Women’s Stress & Emotional Support Program
ABS’ Women’s Stress & Emotional Counseling Program offers support with complex emotions and behaviors for women.
Men’s Stress & Emotional Support Program
ABS’ men’s Stress & Emotional Counseling Program offers support with complex emotions and behaviors for men.
Supportive Parenting Counseling Program
ABS’ Supportive Parenting Counseling Program helps parents better understand the stressful and difficult behaviors of infants, toddlers, adolescents, and adult children, developing skills and techniques that lead to improved parenting. This program helps adult children understand the complex emotions often felt when caring for aging parents.
Gambling Treatment Program
ABS’ Impulsive Gambling Counseling Program provides rehabilitation and counseling for compulsive and problem gambling behaviors.
Addictions Rehabilitation Program
ABS’ Addictions Recovery Program has been facilitating an addictions recovery group ongoing for over 16 years, non-stop. This program has been helping individuals and families with addictions of all kinds.
Emotional Eating & Healthful Life Counseling Program
ABS’s Emotional Eating & Healthful Life Counseling Program helps people control their impulsive eating. Food can be comforting. Our bodies are programmed to stop eating when full, but for emotional eaters, they may be triggered to eat when they are not hungry, resulting in health consequences.
