Food can be comforting. Our bodies are programmed to stop eating when full, but for emotional eaters, they may be triggered to eat when they are not hungry, resulting in health consequences. ABS is here to help. Our Emotional Eating Counseling Program can get you to avoid emotional eating.

How do I know if this group will be helpful for me?

• If you are overweight, or underweight, unhappy, unmotivated, and have been unable to achieve your weight gain or loss goals
• If your unhealthy lifestyle and emotional or impulsive eating have caused serious health conditions like diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, loss of mobility, low self esteem, shame, embarrassment or depression, anxiety or panic
• If you have been prescribed medication for health conditions that could be emotions or behavioral health related like:
